I hope your Thanksgiving was better than this.

Not a happy Thanksgiving for everyone.
This puppy (<1 year) spent Thanksgiving in the cold, pouring rain. He alternated between pacing and pawing at the objects keeping him from entering a warm, dry home. He tried to jump the gate, dig under it, and when he failed he cried.

I hope your Thanksgiving was spent warm, dry, and surrounded by loved ones.

  1. I was already sniffly and this pushed me over the edge. I was warm and dry, but at work. My girls were warm and dry and had a rack of beef ribs each to gnaw on all day. There's a dog that I pass on my way home every day, and the poor little guy is on a chain outside, sometimes he's all curled up in his doghouse with not even a blanket. If it wasn't only 2 blocks from my house I'd steal him. As it is I toss bones to him when I drive by. He is of course a pitbull and there as security, because pitbulls are all mean and scary. /sarcasm Makes me so sad.

  2. Wow..and I was sitting here, feeling really badly over leaving my pack of 3 - pitbull included - alone in the house on Thankgiving for just 4 hours.

The "people" associated with that puppy-dog should be so ashamed of themselves. I hope they read this!
